Sally trained at The Betty Chappelle Dance Centre.
She commenced her professional career as a dancer in the Teatro Lido Spain. She toured Spain extensively, followed by international tours in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Africa and Europe.
After her first contract she was given the position of Company Director and Choreographer. She formed a UK agency with Miss Betty Chappelle. They frequently auditioned in the UK and gave opportunities to hundreds of young dancers, commencing their preforming careers abroad.
After many successful years of running her dance agency in the Lido, she took her own dance group into Circus, where she herself choreographed and compered shows. She continued in the circus life for many years where she met her husband, circus owner.

Sally returned to the UK four years ago and is now running the Wakefield Dance Centre as Vice Principal.
